Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.

You Can Direct Your Own Care:  Our Consumer Directed Services program allows participants the freedom to "hire and train" their own personal care attendant to provide their care, including a friend or relative with an exception of the spouse. Consumer Directed Services are often much comfortable and easier to adjust to instead of moving to a dedicated facility. In order to qualify the participant:  Must be receiving or eligible to receive medicaid  At least 18 yrs old +, Have a physical disability, Be able  to recruit, hire and manage attendants and Seeking or living in an independent living situation.
